In this series, the city is a stage made of subway platforms, tracks, and bridges that allude to physical and social movement as well as barriers and isolation. Recognizable stops along the J train mark the intersection of commerce and culture, from Classical architecture to White Castles and playing cards. A progression of rectangles portray speed with fast tracks and ever-waiting figures.
